Full Stack Developer - Assistant Manager

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UI applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards, promoting best practices across UI development teams. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX designers, backend teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI developers, conducting code reviews, design reviews, and guiding the team on ReactJS best practices.
Core Java: Deep expertise in Java Core (Collections framework, Multithreading, Exception handling, and Object
-Oriented Programming principles like inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism).Frameworks: Strong command of the Spring Framework ecosystem, particularly Spring Boot (for auto-configuration and rapid application development) and Spring MVC.
APIs & Web Services: Designing and consuming RESTful APIs, handling HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE), and managing secure data exchange formats (JSON/XML)
Good Knowledge in UNIX scripting.
Good knowledge on Data warehousing concepts.
Good knowledge on data modelling.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, develop and implement changes to existing business applications.
Support QA team during UAT testing.
Support system and integration testing activities.
Support code movement to UAT and PROD.
Support prod release activities including Dev validation, supporting QA, Business validation until completes.
Excellent Communication Skills.
