Job Summary
•
Reports to: US Manager
We are seeking a Web Developer (Full Stack) to support the development, optimization, and scalability of our global marketing websites. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performing, user-centric web experiences across multiple brands.
You will work closely with internal teams (UX, SEO, Marketing) and external agency partners to deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-driven solutions. This role requires both strong technical execution and the ability to proactively recommend improvements across
performance, architecture, and user experience. As AI continues to reshape digital discovery, this role will also be responsible for supporting the integration of AI-powered features and ensuring websites are optimized for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
•
Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites and web applications across multiple brands
•
Own development tasks end-to-end, including technical planning, implementation, testing, and iteration
•
Collaborate with UX, SEO, Marketing, and agency partners to deliver against business goals and KPIs
•
Translate wireframes and designs into functional, scalable, and maintainable code
•
Implement best practices in performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals and site speed improvements
•
Support and implement technical SEO initiatives including structured data, crawlability, and site architecture
•
Build reusable components and scalable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple websites and brands
•
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and documentation
•
Support implementation of AI-driven features such as conversational search, personalization, and chatbot/assistant experiences
•
Explore and implement automation, including AI-assisted QA and testing workflows, to improve release speed and reduce manual effort
•
Support implementation of structured data, semantic HTML, and technical SEO best practices to improve visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven experiences (e.g., Google AI Overviews)
•
Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to ensure websites follow strong content architecture and schema best practices that support both search engines and AI-driven discovery
•
Integrate third-party tools and APIs (analytics, CRM, marketing platforms, etc.)
•
Support data tracking implementation (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4 data layer)
•
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards
•
Develop and maintain automated testing (unit, integration, regression) to improve release speed and reduce manual QA effort
•
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on timelines, requirements, and progress
•
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and user experience
Key Skills Required
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
Strong communication experience with international teams, including virtual collaboration tools, cross-time-zone and best communication practices.

Well-versed with remote working protocols/etiquettes
•
Ability to use a computer for 8.5 hours per day.

Ability to use MS Office applications (Outlook, MS Teams,Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Must Have “Technical” Skills
•
3–5 years of experience developing consumer-facing (B2B/B2C) websites
•
Strong proficiency in:
o
HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
o
PHP and MySQL
•
Experience with WordPress CMS, including:
o
Custom theme development
o
Plugin customization and management
o
Backend PHP development
•
Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
• AI and good understanding of modern web frameworks
•
Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices
•
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows
•
Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) - structured data (Schema.org), entity-based SEO and technical SEO best practices
•
Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations (AI/LLM API experience is a plus)
•
Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design principles
•
Familiarity with analytics implementation and data tracking frameworks (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4) preferred
•
Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
