You will be the technical lead responsible for: ● Implementing Insightly CRM pipelines, custom fields, automations, and API integrations ● Designing and building a scalable middleware/API layer ● Working with operational heads to convert business processes into robust system workflows ● Acting as the glue between CRM, web app, and external partner systems (dialers, financing providers, proposal management and scheduling tools, etc.
) ● 5 –8 years of full-stack engineering experience ● Strong proficiency in full stack development (NOSQL, React or Next.
js, Lambda) ● Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration patterns ● Experience working with CRMs (Insightly preferred, Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable) ● Strong debugging, performance optimisation, and architectural skills ● Cloud experience (AWS preferred) ● Ability to understand sales workflows, operations processes, and multi-stage pipelines ● Strong communication—clear documentation, structured thinking, and internal stakeholder coordination ● Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured system designs ● Must have delivered at least one end-to-end CRM or workflow automation project ● Must have built API-driven backend services ● Bonus: Experience in solar, field service, fintech, or operations-heavy businesses ● Bonus: Experience with Insightly specifically (otherwise willingness to upskill quickly) Work Mode : office 5 days Shift : 8:30 pm to 5:30 am ( Monday to Friday ) Location : Mohali Phase 8-B
