Key Responsibilities: 1.
Source and onboard new franchise partners throughout North India 2.
Assess potential locations and perform feasibility analyses 3.
Oversee the entire franchise sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure 4.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, doctors, and healthcare entrepreneurs 5.
Collaborate with operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless franchise setup 6.
Maintain adherence to brand SOPs and service standards across all franchise locations 7.
Monitor franchise performance, revenue generation, and royalty collections 8.
