Job Title: Forward Deployment Engineer (AI Solutions)

Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate Forward Deployment Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered software solutions that solve real business problems. This role combines customer engagement, full-stack software engineering, and AI application development to rapidly deliver production-ready solutions.
As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will work closely with Solution Architects, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams to understand business requirements, develop AI-enabled applications, build rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs), integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise systems, and accelerate customer adoption using an AI-first development approach. You will also work on optimizing , securing & deploying the final solution for customer consumption.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered full-stack applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Build intelligent applications by integrating Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and workflow automation.
- Develop reusable APIs, services, and components that enable rapid AI solution delivery.
- Optimize AI application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Customer Engagement & Rapid Prototyping
- Work closely with Solution Architects and customers to understand business challenges and translate them into working software.
- Rapidly build Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate AI use cases and demonstrate business value.
- Present solution capabilities to customers, gather feedback, iterate quickly, and help build customer confidence and commitment for production implementation.
- Configure, customize, and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and business workflows.
- Support customer deployments, testing, and production rollouts.
AI-First Software Engineering
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and coding copilots to accelerate software delivery.
- Apply AI-first engineering practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including solution design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and automation.
- Develop scalable cloud-native applications using modern architectures, APIs, microservices, and event-driven design.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with product, architecture, cloud, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and engineering practices to improve solution quality and delivery speed.
- Contribute reusable components, accelerators, technical documentation, and best practices to enhance organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native web applications and APIs.
- Experience developing or integrating AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
