Role: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Experience: 3–8 years

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with customers to deploy, integrate, and customize our AI platform within their environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy platform into customer VPCs / environments

  
  

• Integrate with customer systems (CRM, data platforms, APIs)

  
  

• Configure secure connectivity (VPC, PrivateLink, IAM)

  
  

• Customize AI workflows for QA automation and insights

  
  

• Troubleshoot across cloud, APIs, and AI pipelines

  
  

• Act as the bridge between customers and core engineering

  
  

Required Skills

• Strong AWS experience (VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS)

  
  

• Backend/API development (Python, Node.js, or Java)

  
  

• Experience with cloud networking and security

  
  

• Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes

  
  

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs / GenAI applications

  
  

• Exposure to enterprise SaaS deployments

  
  

• Multi-cloud experience (Azure/GCP)
