Interpath advisory is seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager to join its offshore finance team in India.
This role will play a key part in supporting the global FP&A function through management reporting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
The FP&A Assistant Manager will work closely with onshore FP&A leaders and finance stakeholders, taking greater ownership of reporting, analysis and model outputs, while helping to drive improvements in processes, controls and insight quality.

Lead preparation of monthly management reporting, including P&L analysis, KPIs and executive‑level performance summaries Own variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast), identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities Support and coordinate budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles Build and maintain complex Excel‑based financial models Analyse complex datasets to generate financial insights Design and enhance Power BI dashboards where applicable Ensure data accuracy, reconciliations and controls Act as key offshore FP&A contact for assigned areas Support process automation and standardisation initiatives Review junior team output and provide guidance What This Role Offers Ownership within a global FP&A function Exposure to senior stakeholders Opportunity to shape offshore FP&A delivery Clear career progression opportunities Essential Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline 4–7 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience Advanced Excel and Microsoft skills including data modelling and DAX formulas Experience working with DWH, ERP, CRM and HR datasets Strong understanding of P&L and financial drivers Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting Strong analytical and communication skills Desirable Criteria: Power BI reporting experience ERP system exposure (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
