The role actively drives the forecasting process, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement. The role may act as a team or project leader, providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision making.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Experience:4-8 Years
Qualification: CA / CMA/CPA and graduation from a reputed university

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations finance initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Automate data workflows and financial models
• Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building.
• Ensure compliance with internal & SOX controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance operations and controllership.
• Experience in controllership and R2R
• Deep expertise in finance operations, Record to Report, Accounts Receivables & Procure to Pay
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI & Power query,

• Highly skilled in US GAAP & IFRS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Hands on experience in SAP.
