Who are we:
Raptee.HV is a full-stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (ex Tesla, Wipro). It focuses on bringing a no-compromises upgraded motorcycle to an otherwise scooter-only EV market. Raptee.HV is incubated at CIIC & ARAI and is proud to be the first in India working on HV (High Voltage) technology in motorcycles.
What You’ll Do:

• Assist in analyzing the Bill of Materials for different bike models to identify high-cost components.
• Compare actual vs. standard costs and track cost variances.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking of component prices with industry standards and alternative suppliers.
• Support vendor negotiations with relevant cost data.
• Coordinate with supply chain, design, and vendor development teams to gather inputs and validate cost assumptions.
• Build and maintain cost-tracking models to monitor BOM changes and savings achieved.
• Prepare dashboards/reports highlighting cost trends, savings achieved, and potential opportunities.
• Support in documentation for cost-reduction initiatives for internal reviews and management presentations.
• Assist in scenario analysis for potential cost impact of new supplier contracts or product design changes.

Who Can Apply?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Zoho Books and similar financial tools
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates are required to take a technical test followed by a team evaluation.
