Finance Analyst (The one who actually knows what Excel is for)
Location: Pipilod, Surat
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: ₹12 – 15 LPA

About the Role
We're looking for a CA who isn't afraid of a complex spreadsheet at 6 in the morning. This is an operational finance role with real ownership - not a support function. You'll manage end-to-end accounting processes, build reports people actually read, and keep the numbers clean across multiple business functions.
What You'll Be Doing
● End-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
● Monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
● MIS preparation and dashboard reporting
● Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reporting
● Payment summaries for drivers, vendors, and employees
● Transport invoicing and RCTI handling
● Intercompany transaction management
● Supporting strategic financial decision-making
● Team handling and managing escalations
● Coordination with internal departments, clients, and vendors
What You Need to Bring
Advanced Excel is the single biggest filter for this role. If you're not comfortable with Pivot
Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Data Validation, and Power Query - this isn't the right fit.
Everything else builds on top of that.
● CA qualified (mandatory)
● 2+ years of post-qualification experience
● Advanced Microsoft Excel - mandatory, tested before interview
● Power Query exposure
● Strong understanding of operational accounting
● Solid communication and coordination skills
● Ability to manage a team and handle a fast-paced environment
