Your role As a Field/Onsite Service Engineer, you will report to Team Leader-Service Operations and your mission is to provide the services as mentioned below Installation of Electric & Pneumatic tools (Nutrunner) & controllers at customer sites which calls for software & electronic work Installation and maintenance of Advance drilling units ADU & EDU at aerospace customers Handling routine Annual Maintenance contract with contracted customers Preventive maintenance services which include electro-mechanical work Performing calibration of the tools (Nutrunner) Performing Health check-up activity for the Desutter's products at customer end Attending breakdown calls at customer end & provide solutions Keep the tools data up to date for assigned customers on operations portal i.e. SPIRIT, TMSS, TMC page etc... Provide training and support to customers on Desoutter products You will You will be working as part of a South regional service team, providing high quality of service support to our customers located in our territory/region Installation activities at MTB site, Completing scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance in a specified time at contracted customers within assigned customer.
