FEA Engineer

Required skills:

• Sound KnowledgeofMechanical/structural calculations

  
  

• Sound Knowledgein FEA fundamental theories

  
  

• Proficient with FEA software packages (ANSYSAPDL,WORKBENCH,SpaceClaim)

  
  

• Experience in solving linear, nonlinear, dynamic, fatigue, thermal/ Multiphysics, buckling,NVH,Explicit& Multi-Body Dynamicssimulations

  
  

• Well-conversant with standards like ASME/ FEM/ DNV/EN etc. will be preferred

  
  

• Experience in off-highway material handling equipment like reach stackers, forklifts, cranes, etc. will be an added advantage

  
  

• Experienceincorrelating simulation to actual test resultswill be an added advantage

  
  

• Experience in the analysis and design of Pressure vessels, heat exchangers will be an added advantage

  
  

• Work experience in CFD simulations will be an added advantage

  
  

• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  
  

• High levelof analytical ability for unusual problems

  
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills thatdemonstratethe ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely

  
  

• Good Interpersonal skills to effectively work withteam membersand external contacts to respond positively to situations

  
  

• Ability toplan,prioritize& executework assignments and handle frequent interruptions

  
  

• Ability to work on multiple taskssimultaneously

  
  

• Customer service skills thatdemonstratethe ability to respond to user problems with a sense of urgency
