Responsible for overseeing factory operations, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining efficiency, and achieving on-time shipments while meeting quality and profitability objectives.

• Ensure timely shipment achievement as per production schedules.
  
• Improve and maintain factory efficiency to support profitability goals.
  
• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, QA, and Embellishment teams.
  
• Monitor order forecasts, trims, accessories, fabric arrivals, patterns, and pre-production activities.
  
• Control production line input and output against daily production plans.
  
• Organize and lead pre-production meetings.
  
• Ensure shipment targets are achieved through daily production monitoring.
  
• Coordinate with Quality teams to reduce rejections and improve product quality.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  
• Conduct finished goods inspections against quality standards.
  
• Negotiate contractor rates in coordination with the Costing Department.
