What are we looking for?
Education: Degree level
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in pricing and sales coordination for air and sea products (import and export)
Technical Skills: Good know-how of quotation preparation, knowledge of both air and sea freight, good knowledge of shipping lines, airlines and services.
MS Office suite – Word & Excel
Soft skills: Teamwork, communication, network development and attention to details.

What would your day at GAC look like?
· Ensuring pricing team shares enquiries with relevant carriers/vendors/agents and follows up, negotiates and meets target rates.
· Guiding the sales coordination team to regularly engage with clients, share timely quotations, and close enquiries in system.
· Ensuring follow-up on quotes within 24–48 hours, supporting team on challenging enquiries and maintaining conversion above 30%.
· Building/maintaining overseas agent relationships, signing agreements, securing credit limits, and identifying new vendors.
· Meeting existing clients and joining sales team on calls to understand needs, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
· Identifying/resolving shipment-related issues quickly by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
· Managing Import/DAP enquiries including freight, transport, and warehousing support across key Indian locations.
· Overseeing LCL pricing and complete consolidation business for key regions
· Obtaining pricing from carriers and forwarding the FQR to the Principal office in Dubai. Following up to receive quotes and share with the customer
· Following up with customers to facilitate business conversions and handle any necessary negotiations.
· Monitoring online platforms (GOCOMMET) for ranking changes and rework quotes as needed with Principal in case of lot booking. On confirmation, pass details to the CS team for shipment planning. Promote and secure top-up selling to increase Hoyer’s revenue.
· Submitting monthly enquiry conversion/loss report to Principal and management.
