Roles and responsibilities: Verifying MRP PR and organize to place order with vendors Verifying vendor delivery dates Providing monthly/quarterly requirements to vendors Co-ordinating with vendors for delivery pull in and push outs Getting invoice, packing list from vendors Co-Ordinating with forwarder for moving materials from vendors Co-ordinating with EXIM and getting approval for movement of materials Co-ordinating document controller and EXIM for providing required documents like data sheet, MPN, functionality of the components, End use of the components etc. Co-ordinating with CHA & EXIM for materials customs clearance Co-ordinating with transporter for moving materials from Chennai port to factory Getting PI from vendor for organizing advance payments Education : B.Tech (Electronics and communications) Experience : 10 yrs Knowledge requirement : a) SAP knowledge is mandatory b) Good knowledge in Excel This role is based in Pondicherry, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
