Key Competencies:
Invoice & Expense Management
•
Coordinate end-to-end invoice processing, including collection, verification, coding, and submission in line with company policies.
•
Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
•
Track expenses and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
Travel & Logistics Support
•
Arrange domestic and international travel for senior leaders, including flights, hotels, visas (where applicable), and ground transportation.
•
Manage travel budgets and ensure bookings are cost-effective and compliant with company policies.
•
Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and urgent travel-related issues.
Stakeholder Coordination
•
Act as a point of contact between senior leaders and internal teams (Finance, HR, Admin, IT).

Support smooth communication and follow-ups on routine administrative matters.
