Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and design. • Lead ITSM and Telco solution architecture (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB). • Design integrations with OSS/BSS, NOC tools, and enterprise platforms. • Drive governance, best practices, scalability, and security standards. • Act as technical advisor to leadership and stakeholders. Must Have • 7+ years ServiceNow, strong ITSM + Telco domain experience. • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture & integrations. • Expertise on Telco Industry solution/package • CSA + CIS-ITSM certification (CTA preferred
