Project Role : Enterprise Solution Architect
Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced API & Integration Leads to join our API Management practice. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in Kubernetes and API development, with a strong understanding of modern integration patterns. Hands-on experience in Kong platform setup and deployment is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable API solutions using Kubernetes and modern frameworks.
Drive integration architecture across cloud and hybrid environments.
Define and enforce API governance, security, and lifecycle management.
Promote adoption of Kong and other APIM tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Support client engagements, solutioning, and proposal development.
Lead platform setup, deployment automation, and environment configuration for Kong.
Required Skills
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Kong platform setup and deployment.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
Proficiency in API development using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.
Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with API security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and integration patterns.
Good to Have
Experience with other APIM platforms like Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway.
Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Qualifications
Manager: 12+ years of experience in integration and API development.
Associate Manager: 8+ years of experience in integration and API development.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
