Engineering Manager - Communication Reporting

Project description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Communication Reporting platforms and engineering initiatives within the Banking & Capital Markets domain. The role focuses on managing technology solutions related to client communication reporting, operational reporting, regulatory communication workflows, and enterprise reporting systems used across Markets business functions. You will manage engineering teams responsible for reporting platforms, stakeholder communication systems, reporting automation, and data integration processes supporting Capital Markets operations and governance. Responsibilities Lead engineering teams delivering Communication Reporting solutions within Banking & Capital Markets. Manage end-to-end delivery of reporting applications and communication workflow platforms. Coordinate with business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders to support reporting requirements. Oversee development, enhancement, maintenance, and production support activities for reporting systems. Ensure timely and accurate generation of operational, client, and regulatory communication reports. Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management, and engineering governance. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Collaborate with architecture, data, and infrastructure teams for reporting platform modernization initiatives. Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to reporting processes. Ensure platform stability, data quality, and reporting accuracy across integrated systems. Skills Must have 14 to 16 years of strong hands-on experience in Banking & Capital Markets domain with good experience as an Engineering Manager. Strong experience in Engineering Management or Technical Delivery Management. Strong understanding of Capital Markets products such as Equities, FX, Fixed Income, and Derivatives. Good understanding of communication reporting, and enterprise reporting platforms. Experience managing reporting applications, workflow systems, or data reporting solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with distributed engineering teams. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and release governance processes. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/dashboard tools. Good understanding of data integration, reporting workflows, and enterprise application architecture. Ability to coordinate across business, operations, compliance, and technology teams. Nice to have Exposure to cloud and DevOps environments. Experience with BI/reporting tools and data warehousing technologies. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
