The Role

As an Electrical Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. 

• Deliver electrical system design for assigned projects, coordinating with other disciplines, clients, and vendors to ensure safe, high quality, and timely delivery of engineering outputs. 
• Monitor own progress and ensure deliverables align with project schedules.
• Collect and review project data and inputs.
• Prepare load lists and equipment lists.
• Perform electrical calculations including voltage drop, equipment sizing, lighting, earthing, and cable sizing.
• Develop electrical single line diagrams (SLDs) and schematic diagrams.
• Prepare cable schedules and interconnection schedules.
• Prepare specifications, data sheets, and material requisitions (RFQs).
• Support preparation of technical bid evaluation reports and review vendor documentation.
• Provide inputs to drafting personnel for drawing preparation.
• Other Responsibilities:
  • Check drawings for quality, accuracy, and interdisciplinary interfaces.
  • Generate material take offs (MTOs).
  • Maintain design files, calculations, and engineering records.
  • Provide engineering support to Lead and Senior Electrical Engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with committed schedules, quality assurance systems, design basis, applicable standards, and procedures.
  • Follow safe working practices and comply with OH&S requirements.

About You 

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 7 - 10 Years of experience.
• 3+ years of electrical design experience within the hydrocarbons or industrial sector.
• Familiarity with national and international standards such as IS, IEC, BS, OISD.
• Working knowledge of ETAP; SPEL knowledge is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong coordination and communication skills
