Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Engineer to lead and oversee electrical engineering activities for large-scale aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure projects, particularly airport terminal buildings, and will excel in managing complex designs, ensuring successful delivery while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of electrical systems for airport terminal buildings, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, and low-voltage systems.
• Manage and coordinate electrical engineering activities across all project phases, from concept to commissioning.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure electrical systems are installed as per design and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices into electrical systems, including renewable energy integration and smart grid solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and innovations in electrical engineering for airport terminals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding electrical engineering matters.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports for clients and project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in airport terminal building projects or similar large-scale infrastructure project.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and mentor junior engineers.
