EKS Engineer

* Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS
* Build and maintain highly available, scalable container platforms
* Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform / CloudFormation)
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads
* Ensure security, compliance, and governance across EKS environments
* Monitor cluster performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch
* Manage networking components (VPC, load balancers, ingress controllers)
* Optimize cost, performance, and resource utilization
* Troubleshoot cluster, networking, and application issues
* Collaborate with development teams to enable cloud-native adoption

* Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
* Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
* Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
* Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
* Two or three industry domain knowledge
* Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
* Client Interfacing skills
* Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
* Project and Team management
