We are looking for EHS Professional We're looking for a proactive and passionate EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of EHS performance across our diverse factory and project sites. You’ll make a difference by EHS Program Implementation: Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems, plans, policy and programs in line with Siemens global standards, Customer and regulations requirements. Risk Assessment & Management: Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits at factory and project sites to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend effective control measures. Incident Management: Investigate EHS incidents, accidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver engaging EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance. Compliance Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international EHS laws, regulations, and Siemens internal policies. Emergency Preparedness: Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate EHS records, prepare reports, and analyze EHS performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with site management, project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies on EHS matters. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for EHS performance enhancement and support the implementation of best practices. Desired Skills: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in an EHS role, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or project-based environment. Solid understanding of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex EHS information clearly and persuasively. Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Relevant EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, ASP) are a plus. Ability to travel to various factory and project sites locations as required.
