Participates in planning and assists in facilitating requirements workshops with business to scope, gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, and translates business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements Applies business analysis knowledge areas to plan, elaborate, assimilate, and analyze business requirements and rules applicable for the operations and benefit of the business Construct analytical models, define business processes, and identify operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of business units and requirements, and maintains an understanding of the technical implications of risks, assumptions, and dependencies Helps to translate business requirements into technical requirements and specifications, investigate and identify non-functional requirements for system architectural design and development Strong analytical capabilities to decompose different business models, specify critical functions and identify inter-dependencies for design considerations Builds working rapport with business and SMEs to analyze business requirements and understand business perspectives on future state Produces, with limited supervision, complete and accurate business analysis work - using industry standard methodologies - to specify business requirements Participates and engages with business and technology stakeholders to clarify application functions, business processes, and data flow to align requirements specification and technology capabilities in addressing business expectations.
