This position will provide leadership for delivery of transactions for Cisco’s Real Estate office portfolio in India. The resource will work along with the RE leaders in India. As a fully dedicated resource, this position will aim to manage not just the life cycle of the transactions, but also risk-manage the complete RE portfolio.

Duties and responsibilities

The role shall entail full responsibility of delivering seamless transactions, with the right quality, timeliness and risk-mitigation. Such transaction delivery platform shall include following set of responsibilities:

• Managing stakeholders’ relationships, both in CIsco as well as JLL.

  
  

• Executing and improving the transaction process and compliance framework.

  
  

• Coordination and review of appropriate lease/contract related documents.

  
  

• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of requisite data, of transactions and portfolio.

  
  

Along with the transaction platform, the role will have responsibility for providing advisory driven support to the CIsco account as well. This will include, though not limited to, the following:

• Provide support in portfolio optimization strategies to country based teams.

  
  

• Update client on RE market (e.g. supply-demand) changes affecting its portfolio.

  
  

• Highlight benchmarking data/analysis that could influence the risk profile of the client.

  
  

• Analyze and implement use of technology and automation for portfolio performance.

  
  

Apart from the above two platforms’ delivery, the position will also deliver on TM team related goals aimed at improving the positioning of the TM role within and outside of JLL. The role has to also drive consistency of Cisco account with other accounts/region, and adopt ‘best practices’ to be able to provide regular proactive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

The resource needs to be a graduate, with at least 10-12 years of work experience, with deep understanding of leasing contracts & clauses and with a minimum of 5 years in transaction management or similar transactional roles. While real estate transaction exposure is highly preferred, it is the ability to establish deep client connect and deliver regular out-of-the box solutions that is an essential skill criterion for this role. An eye for detail, and emotional intelligence to personality-manage clients in different cultures and geographies, will be a differentiator for this role. Strong MS excel skills will be an added advantage.

Working conditions

The role is based in Cisco office in Bangalore, and the resource will have limited (though regular) visits to JLL office in Bangalore.
