Global Supply Management (GSM) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with the right suppliers to meet business needs and enable the enterprise to pay for the goods and services procured from its suppliers and partners (co-brand, corporate card clients, membership rewards, service establishment rebates and travel & lifestyle). Role Overview
The Director of Analytics leads a team of 25+ tenured analytics professionals responsible for delivering data-driven insights across Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P). This role owns the S2P data strategy, partnering closely with Technology, GSM Leadership Team (GSM LT), and cross-functional executives to develop enterprise-grade reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
This leader must consistently demonstrate American Express Leadership Behaviors, delivering high-impact insights at speed, elevating the organization’s analytical maturity, and shaping decision-making at the most senior levels of the enterprise.
