Integration support for outlook, Hubspot and others 13. Salesforce Certifications in Admin, Admin+, Platform is a must 14. Data upload using data loader, import wizard 16 Drive Solution using Configuration, lightning flows, Lead Management, Opportunity management 17 Experience of working in Support, Managed services projects 19 Configuring new Reports dashboards 20 Configure security with profiles, roles and Single Sign on
