DevSecOps Lead & Release Manager -JSS

Location - Gurugram (On-site)

Responsibilities

As a technical team leader you guide your team through architectural decisions, code quality standards, and agile delivery—balancing technical excellence with project timelines and cross-functional collaboration.

• This role will support and develop technology for the JSS Wealth platform within the e‑Banking Platform team.

  
  

• Own release governance: RFCs, PR validation, audit trail (Jira + MongoDB).

  
  

• Coordinate PRD/SEC/UAT releases using DevSecOps Self-Service and Argo Workflows.

  
  

• Enforce release policies, timelines, and compliance controls.

  
  

• Act as primary point of contact for Swiss team on release approvals.

  
  

• Lead DevSecOps team based in India (SREs + DevSecOps Engineers) — conduct daily standups, sprint planning, and manage escalation paths.

  
  

• Log all changes, hotfixes, and approvals in MongoDB with full traceability.

  
  

Profile

• 4+ years in DevOps/Release Engineering with leadership exposure.

  
  

• Deep experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and release orchestration.

  
  

• Strong process discipline and audit mindset.

  
  

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-timezone coordination.

  
  

• Technical depth to understand CI/CD, security scans, and Kubernetes deployments.
