About Company:

This is for our banking client in Mumbai, who offers a Transaction Banking Platform that enables corporate, commercial, and institutional clients to perform agile, secure, and robust transactions through embedded finance and SaaS capabilities.

An Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud and on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, and Kubernetes administration. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to BFSI environments, security best practices, automation, and production-grade deployments. The candidate will work closely with development, security, QA, and infrastructure teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available platforms. This is an Individual Contributor role collaborating with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and Development teams

Key Competencies:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.

• Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

• Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability.

• Implement DevSecOps and security best practices in CI/CD workflows.

• Collaborate with development teams for release management and deployment automation.

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

• Ensure high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and scalability of systems.

• Handle production incidents, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
