Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to support frequent, reliable releases.
* Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated build, test, and deployment processes into the delivery workflow.
* Define and implement DevOps best practices around source control, branching strategies, artifact management, and environment promotion.
* Automate routine operational tasks, configuration management, and environment provisioning to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
* Monitor and optimize build and deployment pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the CI/CD pipeline and deployment environments in a timely manner.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance are embedded into the delivery process.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on DevOps tools, practices, and culture.
* Document processes, standards, and runbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable operations.
* Participate in planning and estimation activities, contributing DevOps perspectives to solution design and architecture discussions.
