An Ideal Candidate:

An Ideal candidate should have strong understanding of plastic molding processes (Injection Molding, ISBM, EBM) with hands on experience in RPP product design and proficiency in PTC Creo/Pro- E.

Key Competencies:

1. Develop 3D models and detailed designs using PTC Creo / Pro-E
2. Design and develop Rigid Plastic Packaging (RPP) products as per customer and market requirements
3. Collaborate with tooling, R&D, and manufacturing teams for design validation and execution
4. Incorporate tooling feedback and trial learnings into design improvements
5. Create innovative concepts and new product design ideas aligned with RPP trends
6. Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives
8. Manage multiple design assignments independently within timelines
9. Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and communication
