Deputy Manager Services - Projects

We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join Eaton. The Deputy Manager Services - Projects responsibilities include installation, commissioning, at customer sites. Looking Territory Tamil Nadu, AP & Telagana.

1 To study and understand BOM, Configuration, Site Wiring & Site Layout from Sales team and to implement it perfectly, smoothly, and timely.
2.Co-ordination with various vendors, Electrical Consultants and PMC’s including project meetings and project execution.
3.Commissioning & handing over of the project.
4.To ensure complete handing over documents in co-ordination with sales team. Co-ordination with internal support functions of Eaton like SCM, Quality, Logistics.
5.Onsite training to Customers facility team.
6.Smooth handing over of the site to Service Operations team.
7.To search for various business opportunities to increase service revenue by means of generating enquiries for panels, cables, accessories etc.
8. Strong interpersonal skills including crisis management in critical situations.
9. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements required.
10. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
11. To ensure the measuring instruments are calibrated and all items are available in the tool kit to use on field as and when required.
12. Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.

Other Responsibilities 
1. To search for various business opportunities to increase service revenue by means of generating enquiries for AMC, UPS accessories & batteries etc.

Technical Diploma or BE or BTech
Bachelor of Engineering experience range required in between ( _5 to 7___ Years) OR in case of Diploma experience range should be in between ( __7 to 10_ Years )

"Electrical, Electronics knowledge is a must
Relevant experience with UPS knowledge is mandatory"
