- Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring for the Salaried Loans.
- Implementation of Credit Policy primarily pre-approved and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix.
- Analysing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segment of assets & profile and giving timely feedback to sales & risk team.
- Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control.
- Striving for continuous improvement in productivity.
- Feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions.
Required Qualifications and Experience • Graduate/MBA Finance with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
