As a Deployment Network Engineer, your day involves overseeing the management and maintenance of complex network environments. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of network projects, while supervising a team of network engineers across different regions. Your role includes monitoring network performance, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring that network infrastructure aligns with organizational goals. You will also be involved in planning and executing network strategies to support business needs, fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve seamless connectivity and robust network operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of network deployment projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate cross-regional teams to maintain consistent network standards and practices.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Ability to design and implement scalable network solutions that meet organizational requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex network issues and provide effective resolutions.
