Project Role : Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.
Must have skills : SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries
Good to have skills : SAP Quality Management (QM)

As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to coordinate interdependent activities, ensuring all deployment efforts are aligned and progressing as intended. Monitoring and controlling the deployment progress through established metrics and facilitating training sessions and pilot programs are integral parts of the daily responsibilities. This position demands proactive management to maintain seamless communication and effective execution across multiple teams throughout the deployment lifecycle.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of deployment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate risk management activities related to deployment to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows to support deployment objectives.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project schedules.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring deployment progress and performance metrics.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
