What would you do? Job Description - Delivery LeadRole purposeOwn end-to-end delivery for the “Web” workstream across a program/portfolio—coordinating requirements, releases, content, QA, and stakeholder communications to ensure predictable, compliant, high-quality web outcomes.Key responsibilities• Lead web workstream planning: intake, sizing, sequencing, sprint/release calendars, dependency mapping, and go/no-go readiness.• Serve as primary escalation point for web delivery risks/issues; drive mitigation and cross-team alignment.• Coordinate across functions (CMS publishing, design, HTML/dev, QA, analytics, compliance, DAM) to deliver on time and within standards.• Define/maintain delivery playbooks, SLAs/OLAs, RACI, and operating cadence (stand-ups, status reports, stakeholder reviews).• Ensure governance: accessibility, brand standards, security/privacy, and content approvals are met prior to launch.Required skills & experience• 6–10+ years in digital/web delivery, with demonstrated leadership over multi-squad delivery.• Strong project/program management, risk management, stakeholder leadership, and prioritization.
