Delivery Manager - PLM Teamcenter

🛠️ What You'll Do
Own end-to-end delivery for a PLM portfolio centered on Teamcenter
Manage a portfolio of 6-10 clients with revenue responsibility of USD 3-5M per quarter
Lead and mentor large delivery teams (50+ members)
Act as the primary customer interface, managing senior client stakeholders
Drive delivery governance, account health, financials, and risk management
Ensure high-quality execution across PLM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and AMS
Partner with internal sales and leadership for account growth and strategic initiatives

✅ What We're Looking For
15+ years of overall experience, with strong exposure to delivery leadership roles
Hands-on experience with PLM platforms, Teamcenter is mandatory
Proven track record in PLM implementations, support, or large engineering programs
Prior experience managing portfolio programs and large revenue accounts
Strong customer management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
Ability to operate independently at a senior leadership level
Location & Work Model
It can be any location in India where we have DC, but Bangalore or Pune preferred
