What would you do? • Lead activities to support the delivery Deliver Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO KPIs for the assigned Region
• As SNO SPOC working with Ops/Supply Chain, Procurement counterparts & suppliers to help achieve Region’s targets
• Lead the adoption and implementation of digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools) for the region & suppliers
• Lead the people upskilling of technical capabilities and commercial understanding through supplier collaboration initiatives
• Champion and drive continuous improvement and process simplification within Region and suppliers What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? Define and drive the DRBU plan in line with Regional & Global supplier collaboration direction

• Mastery in material knowledge & procurement area could be an advantage
• Experience in FMCG Supply Chain. • Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities: • Accountable for the Materials purchasing planning performance for the region.
• Responsible for approval and embedding standard Materials purchasing models and Global Supplier collaboration strategies for the Region and ensure the teams compliance and optimisation of systems and Data.
• Responsible for approval of materials inventory stockholding and inventory performance tracking for regional factories / material groups • Ensure all purchasing, sourcing and transactional Master Data is complete and correct across all required systems. • Responsible for deployment of standard, monitoring of In Process Controls and application of Health checks to drive compliance and continuous improvement across the team.
• Lead Materials purchasing planning, providing clearly defined objectives and ensuring alignment with strategic aims and targets.
• Lead collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders within SNO, Procurement and broader business to build and deploy cost and working capital optimisation initiatives
• Accountable for compliance to Materials purchasing business controls.
• Responsible to monitor reliability and flexibility of regionally purchased materials supply to support Growth agenda including introduction of innovation products, reduction of complexities and low overall cost. •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
• The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
• Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
