Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant for the Automation Platform, you will play a key role in implementing and installing/upgrading solutions across the portfolio. Your expertise will also be utilized to educate customers and support the transition to production.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Implement Solutions: Implement and install/upgrade solutions across the portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and effective functionality.
* Educate Customers: Provide education and support to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the Automation Platform and achieve their goals.
* Support Production Transition: Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational concerns that may arise.

* Solution Implementation Exposure: Exposure to implementing and installing solutions, with knowledge of integration and functionality best practices.
* Technical Education Experience: Experience working with customers to provide education and support, enabling effective utilization of technical platforms.
* Production Transition Support: Exposure to collaborating with customers to ensure smooth transitions to production, addressing technical or operational concerns.
* Automation Platform Knowledge: Experience working with automation platforms, including installation, upgrade, and integration.
* Customer Support Skills: Exposure to providing support and education to customers, with a focus on technical enablement and issue resolution.

Role Summary

We are looking for awebMethods Developer with around3 years of experience in integration development and implementation. The candidate should be comfortable working independently on development tasks while seeking guidance for complex design or architectural decisions. The role involves building, configuring, and supporting integrations usingwebMethods components with good understanding of Integration/ESB domain, with a strong focus onimplementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

*Design, develop, and enhance integration solutions usingwebMethods Integration Server under guidance from senior team members .

*Develop and maintainservices, flows, adapters, and mappings as part of enterprise integration solutions.

*Participate actively inproduct / project implementation activities, including development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

*Work onREST and SOAP-based integrations, file-based integrations, and messaging patterns as required.

*Supportbug fixing, enhancements, and minor change requests during implementation and support phases.

*Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and QA to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions.

*Assist in preparingtechnical documentation, deployment notes, and support handover documents.

*Follow best practices related tocoding standards, error handling, logging, and performance.

*Provide support for production issues under supervision and follow defined incident and problem management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

*Around3 years of hands-on experience in Software AGwebMethods platform.

*Good working knowledge of:

* webMethods Integration Server (IS)

*Flow services, Java services (basic), pipelines, exception handling

* REST / SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL

*Exposure toadapters (JDBC, FTP, File, or equivalent) is desirable.

*Basic understanding ofend-to-end integration lifecycle including development, testing, and deployment.

*Experience inproduct or project implementations, with the ability to follow defined designs and standards.

*Comfortable workingindependently on development tasks with periodic support or reviews from senior developers.

Good to Have

*Exposure to other webMethods components such asUniversal Messaging, Broker, iPaaS or My webMethods (MWS).

*Basic knowledge ofBPM or process integration concepts.

*Experience working inAgile or iterative delivery models.

*RelevantwebMethods certification (ESB Developer / Integration Developer) is a plus.
