Labcorp is seeking a Data Monitoring Coordinator to join our team at , Brigade Twin Towers, 5th Floor, Crest Block, in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Work Schedule

Rotational Shift 5 days of working (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage data feed configurations and date point mapping development.
• Plan and establish timelines to meet or exceed business expectations for data feed configurations and date point mapping development.
• QC data feed configurations and date point mappings.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for identification of errors and omissions for remediation.
• Complete mandatory Quality Assurance training sessions.
• Attend mandatory Data Management meetings.
• Participate in job shadowing or interdepartmental developmental opportunities.          
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives regarding process and system changes or updates.
• Complete advanced training for continuing development.
• Contribute to ongoing training and development of assigned team members.
• Utilize strong working knowledge of SOPs, validation standards, and work procedures to suggest potential improvements and to provide training and guidance to all staff.
• Assist with special projects as designated.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science

Preferred Qualifications

Current or Prior Labcorp intern experience

Master’s degree in science

Additional Job Standards

• Problem Solving/Logic Skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong MS/Office skills in particular with Excel and Word.
