Responsibilities:

• Ability to interpret data,analyseresults, and provide ongoing reports and recommendationswhile building dashboards and reports.

  
  

• 4-6 years of hands-on experiencein a data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics role.

  
  

• Hands-on experience inMicrosoftPower BI, M-Query, and DAX.

  
  

• Strong knowledge ofSQL(complex joins, CTEs, window functions,sub-queries,etc.).

  
  

• Comfortableworking withworkbench toolslikeSSMS,SSIS,MySQL Workbench.

  
  

• ProficiencywithPythonfor data analysis and scripting.

  
  

• Understanding of basic statistics.

  
  

• Knowledge ofAzureorGoogleCloud Platforms.

  
  

• Experience working with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile teams.

  
  

• Strong communicationskills; ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

  
  

Preferred / Nice tohave:

• Understanding ofdata governance,security, andcompliancewithin cloud environments.

  
  

• Data Pipeline development in Azure Data Factory,Fireflowetc.

  
  

• Development experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions likeMicrosoft Power Apps,Microsoft Power Automate,Dataverse,Copilot Studio,Microsoft Fabric.

  
  

• Experience usingGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP),for dataanalysis:

  
  

• BigQuery

  
  

• GCS(Google Cloud Storage)

  
  

Other skills and abilities:

• Ability to work in globally distributed setting withoutmuchsupervision.

Academics:
