This includes network design, security compliance, disaster recovery planning, facility management, cost optimization, inter-cloud connectivity, and automated provisioning. Job Description
Customer:
- Provide exceptional technical support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, prioritizing customer impact and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with other IT teams (e.g., security, software development) to ensure infrastructure supports all aspects of the platform, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate clearly with team members, management, and external stakeholders regarding infrastructure status and projects, promoting transparency and teamwork.
Data, Asset Management, and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze platform performance and infrastructure health to ensure operational excellence and reliability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems, supporting seamless operations and accurate reporting.
Financial Results
- Contribute to financial results by optimizing infrastructure performance and reliability, reducing downtime and associated costs.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
