Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document application designs and configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in nCino Bank Operating System.
- Experience with application design and configuration within banking or financial services environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing individual responsibilities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in nCino Bank Operating System.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
