- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Experience in integrating monitoring tools within custom software environments.
- Ability to analyze system performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
