Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. minimum 7.5 years of experience in Full stack Java
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Modern Java (21+ )and Spring Boot (key)
- TypeScript and Angular
- MongoDB / Postgres
- Y-files or similar graph visualization solutions (optional but nice to have)
- Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent testing frameworks (optional)
- Grafana / Open Telemetry (optional)
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
