- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization techniques within business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to design and optimize data integration processes for efficient reporting and analytics.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data and software issues.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
