Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect management within Salesforce environments.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks relevant to Salesforce applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with integration testing and performance testing in cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying software issues.
