As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, PostgreSQL, Django.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
