Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in customizing workflows and automating business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application performance and integration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and tools used in ServiceNow for enhancing application functionality.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
