- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency through scripting and tool development.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies relevant to SAP systems.
- Competence in monitoring system health and implementing security best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
